Dr. Richard S. Fairrow received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree and Acupuncture Certification from The National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, Illinois in 1995. His multicultural clinic, located in East St. Paul, specializes in diagnosing and treating injuries, in addition to chiropractic care, acupuncture, cold laser, and rehabilitation services.
As an auto trauma survivor himself, Dr. Fairrow has devoted his practice to ensuring that accident victims receive the most comprehensive, respectful, and professional care possible. On top of that referrals to Neurologic Specialists, MRI Centers, and Orthopedic Surgeons are made as appropriate.
In addition to relieving pain and restoring health, Dr. Fairrow is dedicated to providing patients with a complete diagnosis, treatments, and proper documentation for auto-related injuries.
Dr. Fairrow is licensed in animal chiropractor. He not only cares for you, but is certified to administer chiropractic manipulations, cold laser, and palliative therapies to your animal companion.
